This project, though a great result, was the result of poor workmanship by a prior contractor. The clients showed us an only 13 year old deck that was failing with cupped boards, puddles, and rot. This should have been a 40 year deck.

Phoenix came in and rebuilt the deck to current code including new Garapa decking, cable railings with custom Garapa handrails, and a custom IPE wood inlay. It’s a deck fitting of the view from the client’s house, overlooking the water in beautiful southern RI.
