An open concept kitchen, the way only Phoenix can deliver.

This kitchen renovation leveraged the full range of the Phoenix process from design and planning with the client, to careful selection and installation of this beautiful kitchen. The benefit to our client is that we are a single point of contact that can handle an extremely broad range of tasks. This gut renovation included:

  1. New hardwood flooring

  2. 5 new Anderson 400 series sliding doors

  3. Load bearing wall removal including engineering and installation of an 18’ steel beam

  4. A whole house propane conversion including a buried 1000 gallon tank

  5. All new appliances including a Wolf cooktop with matching 1200 CFM professional series vent hood and remote blower

  6. A secret walk-in pantry with “false-doors”

  7. Beautiful Quartz counters with waterfall edges. We were one if the first to be able to do this type of countertop in RI.

When building with Phoenix, we start with a plan. You’ll meet with our design consultants who are licensed in their respective design areas (eg Kitchen, bathroom, etc.). You’ll have the chance to review 3 different layouts in a showroom where you can look and touch. We will draft a set of elevations from which we can create a detailed quote for the project. Then stand back and watch the transformation.

It starts with a design plan because contractors are not designers.

We manage the whole process for out clients from the initial design consultations through to execution including all individual trade work. With our broad range of skills, no request is too much. This picture shows a custom Quartz apron drilled to house the knobs for a Wolf cooktop. It’s a very clean detail with a high-end look.

Custom touches make your project unique.

This built-in pantry with false doors was an idea from our design team that blew the client away. The client didn’t think this was possible. We went as far as measuring their appliances before building the shelving to make sure everything would fit. It’s now their favorite thing to show off in the new kitchen, mostly because no one knows it’s there.

Ideas and execution that exceed our clients’ expectations.

This beautiful Wold hood hides a secret weapon. We ran insulated ducting nearly 40’ to the exterior of this home terminating at a 1200 CFM (that’s big) wall mounted fan. The result is big extraction of cooking odors with nearly ZERO noise. You’re bedroom will never smell like bacon again, unless you want it to.

If it doesn’t work, it’s not going to work. Nothing trumps function.
